Stonebridge Legal has been recognised in the annual “Deals of the Year - 2026” survey of the Kommersant Publishing House. The acquisition of 100% of the charter capital of LifeStream LLC, the developer of the Smotreshka OTT service, by Wink, the online cinema platform, has been named “IT Deal of the Year”.
The Stonebridge Legal team, led by Corporate practice partner Dmitry Pozin, acted as legal adviser to Restream Media LLC, a joint venture between Rostelecom PJSC and National Media Group, which operates the Wink online cinema platform. As part of the transaction, the Stonebridge Legal team conducted legal due diligence, advised on the optimal transaction structure and prepared the transaction documentation.
This marks the second time the transaction has received industry recognition, having previously won the Russia M&A Awards 2026 in the “Media Deal of the Year” category.
